58 year old African-American Female 5’2″/ 244 lbs/ G3P3/ 44DD. Patient underwent Mommy MakeOver of Staged LipoAbdominoplasty, Breast Reduction and umbilical hernia repair.
Surgery #1: Bilateral Breast Reduction (R-577 gms & L-633 gms; total of 1,1210 gms or 2.7 lbs) with Liposuction of breast flanks and, Liposuction of Abdomen/ flanks ( SAL I/O= 3,161/ 4,750cc).
Surgery #2: Formal LipoAbdominoplasty with umbilical hernia repair (Abdominal tissue resection weight- 5,134 gms or 11.3 lbs; SAL I/O= 567/600cc).
