49 year old White Fefmale 5’5″/ 128 lbs s/p Bilateral Breast Augmentation with 350 cc smooth silicone implants in 12/2007. Patient s/p Bilateral Open Capsulectomy’s for Capsular Contracture with removal / replacement (gummy bear) 350 cc silicone implants in 2018. Old implants were not ruptured.
